How To Attract The Woman You Like At Work Via Email

Dating a woman at work is always going to feel complicated…

You don’t want to harass anyone or make it #awks to go into work *but* legitimately work is a place where lots of people meet one another. So if you have an office crush I have some tips for you on how to step outside of the friend (or even worse) colleague zone to make sure she knows you like her.

One of the easiest ways to signal to a woman at work that you like her is via internal communication like messenger chats and emails.

This is because you can be extremely subtle in how you turn the interaction more personal not by what you say but just by how you say it.

This is a ‘safe’ way to turn the interaction into something more personal and shoot towards a coffee date without crossing any boundaries. And who doesn’t like a flirtatious email in their inbox on a Monday morning?

Read these 2 email examples and you’ll see where I’ve added in the flirtatious elements.

Hi Jane

Can you please send me those files?

Kind regards,

Ash

OR (much sexier email…)

Hey Jane

Could you send me the Appexson files over? (not much fun to spell that one)

Merry Xmas

Ash

p.s. noticed your autoresponder last week… excellent work on escaping December weather, did you go anywhere fun?

As ever it’s not what you say it’s how you say it!

Here are some tips to re-create this yourself…

1. Start and end in a more informal way.

Replace ‘hi’ with ‘hey’ and ‘kind regards’ with ‘chat later’ / ‘peace out’ / ‘best’ etc

2. Include your personal opinion.

The best way to do this is to use brackets. So after you make a comment include your personal opinion (a bit like this, I hope the example is clear). This says to her HEY THIS IS PERSONAL I’M OPENING UP TO YOU.

3. Use a PS

This is often the most read part of emails (a useful tip for online dating too) and it immediately creates a more intimate tone so use it to pass comment about her auto-responder/ the cookies that were bought into the office yesterday/ her takedown of that other colleague in a meeting

If she responds to your PS and ‘buys into’ this more personal mode of communication you’re onto a winner!

Kind regards,

Hayley (just kidding)

p.s. I love you and I know you would love Hayley Quinn Club!
